Register on your own, create or join a team. Pay your fee and you will be sent an email confirmation of your wave time.

BRING WITH YOU

We strongly recommend long pants, or leggings and long socks to make your course comfortable and provide protection. Running or hiking shoes are sufficient to attempt the course. Keep clothing light, as you are guaranteed to warm up during the course.

TURN UP 1 HOUR BEFORE

You should arrive approximately 1 hour prior to your start time. Drop of your bag at the tent, ensure you have picked up your wrist band and that you are warmed up properly prior to the start.

DURING EVENT

Have fun! Stay hydrated with drink stops along the way. Professional medical facilites are also there just in case.

YES!!! - We have a Nippy’s, TRUE GRIT sponsored recovery drink as well as water as an offering for all participants, particularly the under 18 age range, during the course and at the finish line. 

PLEASE NOTE: Alcohol is only for 18 years and over participants. Please rememeber to bring your ID!
